Now Playable to End!/ EDIT WE'RE ON 1.0.3 NOW!

With this update I added delays to a lot of the dialogue to try and limit the dialogue looping too quickly and becoming frustrating. Note: It's still happening in a few places, and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Also fixed a fade in and out error at the beginning of the carnival and tidied up the scene transitions so you can't accidentally trigger them multiple times.

EDIT: Fixed things and then refixed them when it turned out I hadn't fixed them! Impella's dialogue should now work, and Levi's only repeats the last bit of dialogue at the end. (The way it's supposed to)
